THE LORD’S PRAYER

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our tres-passes, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory forever.  Amen.

Lord of all we see and all that we cannot see: Give us this day a glimpse of the difficulties of the world and the simplicity of living our lives centered in you; loving you with all our heart, soul, and mind, and loving our neighbors well. Bless the gifts we offer you; but in our giving, help us focus on these other more basic gifts. May the love we show you and others be a testimony of whom we follow and who is worthy of our devotion. In Christ’s holy name, we pray. Amen.

God’s love is sending us forth into the world. We have received forgiveness and have been showered with God’s gracious love. Go in peace, sharing hope to this hurting world. Amen.
